Outcomes first
We measure our work by what it delivers, not by how busy it looks.
Atomically is an agentic AI software factory. Teams of specialized AI agents plan, build, verify and optimize the work; people set the direction.
AI made engineering faster. Product management didn't change.
Coding tools write code faster than ever, but what they build is only as good as what they're asked to build. With AI it's garbage in, garbage out. Most teams run a half-baked version of Agile: stories with no acceptance criteria, sprints that slip, and plans nobody checks against what shipped.
We built Atomically to fix the input. We automate product management and scrum mastering the way they're meant to be done: a real roadmap, stories with acceptance criteria, real sprints or Kanban, progress tracked every day, and a plan that gets better each cycle. We don't do half-baked Agile. We follow it and codify it for you.
We build software that does real work for the people who use it, and we build it the way we think all software will soon be built: by a factory of agents working under human direction. We keep what we say about it plain and measured.

I'm Dave Quintana, and I've built software for more than 20 years. I was a founding member of Crunchbase when it spun off from TechCrunch, and as its front-end architect I built the framework behind CrunchBase 2.0. At Tango Card I built Mango, its design system, before Blackhawk Network acquired the company. At Accenture I led front-end architecture for one of the world's largest retailers, and I've been a principal engineer at venture-backed startups, including Order.co.
On every one of those teams, the slowest part was the same: deciding what to build, writing it down so it could be checked, and keeping the plan honest as the work moved. So I built that organization out of agents, with the checks a good company has, and I run it.

We measure our work by what it delivers, not by how busy it looks.
Where we state a figure, it comes from our own record. Where we have none, we say so.
People set the direction and the limits, and the factory stays inside them.
